REFUNDS & RETURNS
All items are handmade and/or made to order and all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted, unless the item arrives with signifigant defects not related to shipment, or an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory error. No exceptions are made if damages occur when cared for not as described by the care instructions. Since all apparel is created by hand, care must be taken to avoid damages from machine washing and excessive wear-and-tear. However, all pieces are made to last, and in the case of small damages or irregularties when washing or normal wear, see the REPAIR section below for information on complementary repair.
All efforts are made to provide accurate sizing information for each item, however, if an item arrives and it doesn't fit as expected, exchanges are accepted given that a suitable replacement size is in stock. If no stock is available and production isn't an option, a store credit/partial refund or full refund may be issued.
If during the course of an item's lifetime small damages occur from normal wear and tear, or from washing an item as directed by the given care instruction, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos or a description of repairs and the item will be repaired free of charge, provided shipping costs are covered.
Unless noted in the product description, all orders will be processed in 1-2 weeks and should arrive within standard USPS shipping times, 2-5 days US domestic and 2-4 weeks international. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays. Made-to-order or pre-order processing times will be noted in the product descriptions.
